Hey there, I’m Trisha—BSc (Hons) in Psychology with postgraduate studies in Science, Leadership, and Education. I’m a qualified therapist in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming for Business (NLP), recently retrained as a Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer with a specialist focus on menopause.
I write about brain fog, body confidence, emotional wellbeing, and the empowering journey of midlife. My work blends science, movement, and mindset to help women rediscover their strength and clarity—without shame, stigma, or outdated advice.
