“Sleep is the best meditation.” — Dalai Lama

Sleep is one of the most important things that you can do for yourself. Not only does it help you recover from physical activity, but it also helps to reduce stress and anxiety, as well as improve your memory and cognitive functioning.

Whilst you sleep you brain basically clears out all the ‘shite’ that has been built up during the day! Then reorganises all of your experiences.
