Why Kindness Can Sometimes Backfire Like a Lingering Fart

Almost a decade ago my husband and I went to visit a very poorly family member in hospital.

Whilst there I noticed an old gentleman struggling to reach some food.

I tried to call a nurse, but they were all so busy!

In the end I took it upon myself to feed him.
